Welcome to PokeLore. By accessing or making purchases through the PokeLore store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our store.

1. General

The PokeLore store is operated by PokeLore Staff.

Support is provided through our official Discord Support Ticket system.

2. Purchases

All purchases made through the PokeLore Store are for digital in-game content.

Upon successful payment, purchased items, ranks, or other digital products will be delivered automatically to your Minecraft account. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to server maintenance or technical issues.

3. Monthly Rank Subscriptions

VIP and VIP+ ranks are recurring monthly subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the subscription plan selected until the subscription is cancelled.

If a subscription expires or is cancelled, the associated rank and perks will be removed at the end of the billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Server downtime
  • Changing your mind
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Rank expiration after subscription cancellation

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent removal from PokeLore.

We understand that genuine payment issues can occur. If you experience a billing problem, please contact PokeLore Staff through our Discord support system before initiating a chargeback.

6. Gameplay Rules

Players using the PokeLore server agree to follow all server rules, including but not limited to:

  • No cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modifications.
  • No exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics.
  • No attempting to duplicate items or abuse glitches.
  • Respect other players and staff.
  • Accounts are the responsibility of their owner.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

7. Staff Decisions

PokeLore Staff reserve the right to investigate rule violations and enforce appropriate punishments.

Staff decisions regarding moderation, economy adjustments, and gameplay enforcement are final.

8. Rank & Perk Changes

To improve gameplay balance and the long-term health of the server, PokeLore reserves the right to modify:

  • Rank perks
  • Commands
  • Kits
  • Crate rewards
  • Store offerings
  • Gameplay features

Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the overall value of purchased products.

9. Server Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous server availability.

Maintenance, updates, hardware failures, internet outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily interrupt service.

PokeLore is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

PokeLore Staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the server or store.

Use of the server and store is at your own risk.
